The sole proprietorship Boosterbros is holding a competition to win a Pokémon Prismatic Super Premium Collection .
Participation is subject to the following conditions:

1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is the sole proprietorship Boosterbros , [optional: address].

2. Participation period

The competition will run from May 16, 2025, to May 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM . Participation is only possible during this period.

3. Conditions of participation

Participation is only permitted for natural persons who:

  • are at least 18 years old ,

  • have their residence in Germany ,

  • have made one or more purchases in the Boosterbros online shop during the participation period with a minimum order value of €25 per participation ,

  • and follow our TikTok channel “@Boosterbros” .

➡️ Multiple participation is possible , provided that a separate purchase worth at least €25 is made for each participation.

4. Profit

A Pokémon Prismatic Super Premium Collection will be raffled off among all eligible participants.

5. Announcement of winners & compulsory attendance

The draw will take place on May 17, 2025 at 11:59 PM live on our TikTok channel @Boosterbros .
Important: Only those who are present live on the stream at the time of the draw can receive the prize.
If the drawn winner is not reported or confirmed during the live broadcast, a new draw will take place.

6. Shipping of the prize

The prize will be sent free of charge by post to a German address .
Note: The Pokémon box will be opened during the livestream before it is shipped. Unopened shipment is not permitted. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.

7. Data protection

The data collected as part of the competition (e.g., name, address) will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties. After the competition has ended, the data will be deleted unless legally required to retain it.

8. Exclusion from the competition

We reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate the terms and conditions, attempt to manipulate the competition, or provide false information.
